Health and Wellbeing Support

We provide practical support with morning routines and accompaniment to school to help reduce anxiety and build positive attendance habits.

Our support includes:

  • Encouraging healthy eating and simple meal planning

  • Promoting active lifestyles and reducing sedentary habits

  • Working with partner organisations to help children access out-of-school activities

  • Supporting families where a child has an unsafe BMI by supporting them attend appointments or activities.  

  • Helping parents understand the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and staying active.
